Fed: Extortion accused in hospital

The Brisbane man accused of extortion and lacing painkillers with strychnine is in
hospital after suffering chest pains.

Lawyers for DENNIS DONALD FOUNTAIN have confirmed he was taken to hospital hours after
appearing in court on Tuesday charged in relation to the headache tablet extortion case.

Sixty-two-year-old FOUNTAIN of Chapel Hill, in Brisbane's west, is charged with three
counts of extortion, two of production contamination, two counts of attempted murder,
two of malicious poisoning and one of fraud.
